Watershed Rolling Paper Refund and Return Policy for Smell Proof Travel and Home Storage Kits

At Watershed Rolling Paper, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. This refund and return policy specifically applies to our SMELL PROOF Travel and Home Storage Kits, which include multiple individually packaged items. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition of Items:

  • All items within the kit must be unused, individually sealed, and in their original packaging.

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will render the entire kit ineligible for a full refund.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

• Kits or individual items that have been opened, damaged, or altered.

• Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

• Kits returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Partial Returns:

• Individual Items: Due to the nature of the kits, individual items from the kit cannot be returned separately. Only complete kits in their original condition are eligible for return.

• Damaged Items Within Kits:

  • If a single item within the kit is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement of the defective item. The remaining items in the kit must remain unused and unopened.

Refund Process

• Complete Returns:

  • For eligible returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds cover the purchase price of the kit, excluding shipping costs.

• Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned kit is received and inspected.

Exchanges

• Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• Non-Defective Items: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

• Defective or Damaged Items: Watershed will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon request.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective kit:

• Provide evidence of the damage (e.g., photos or a written description).
